Eritrean Foreign Minister Osman Saleh continued his round of bilateral meetings in New York on Saturday 26 September.

In talks with Sudan's Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ambassador Mohi-Eldin Salem, the two exchanged views on relations between Eritrea and Sudan and on regional matters of mutual interest, according to a short statement from Eritrea's Permanent Mission to the United Nations.

On the same day the minister held discussions with Oman's Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr aimed at deepening ties between the two countries.

The mission said the talks covered a range of regional and international issues of shared concern.
