Oromia and Somali region forces clash in Moyale; hundreds of Ethiopians cross into Kenya

Kenya's Marsabit county commissioner and the Kenya Red Cross say hundreds crossed the border after fighting that began on Wednesday. Addis Standard reports the clashes followed a dispute over the raising of a Somali Regional State flag in Moyale.
