Colluli Potash moves to the front of the market
1.1 billion tonnes in reserve, with first commercial output expected in late 2027.

The Colluli Potash Project in Eritrea has continued to advance this year and is being positioned as a significant player in the global potash market.
The American tender-intelligence site Tendergo said that although the project has faced schedule difficulties, neither its strategic importance nor the scale of its resource base has diminished.
It is drawing steady interest from international suppliers, contractors, and investors looking for mining opportunities in Eritrea, the report added.
Phase one is expected to produce 472,000 tonnes of potassium sulphate a year, roughly doubling to 944,000 tonnes in phase two.
Because potassium sulphate is critical to high-value agriculture, the project is expected to make a real contribution to global food security efforts.
