Marco Rubio concluded deals covering investment, rare minerals and infrastructure.

The United States says it is working to develop relations with the countries of Central Asia across every field.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio held talks on 19 October with the foreign ministers of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan.
At the meeting in Uzbekistan a number of agreements were signed, covering investment, rare minerals and infrastructure.
As part of the package, Washington said it will support the development of the countries’ economies.
Reports note that US trade with the five states was worth about $10bn in 2025, and more than $8bn in the past nine months alone.
