የኢትዮጵያ የሚኒስትሮች ምክር ቤት የመከላከያ ሠራዊት አዋጅ ማሻሻያን አጽድቆ ለፓርላማ አቀረበ
ኢዜአ እንደዘገበው፣ ምክር ቤቱ መስከረም 28 ቀን የመከላከያ ሠራዊት አዋጅ ቁጥር 1286/2023 ማሻሻያ ረቂቅን በሙሉ ድምፅ አጽድቆ ለሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት መርቷል። የመንግሥት መግለጫው የትኞቹ አንቀጾች እንደሚሻሻሉ አልጠቀሰም።
Fana Broadcasting Corporate said the Council of Ministers, at its 59th regular meeting, described the amendment to the National Defence Force Proclamation as intended to enable the institution to carry out its national missions in accordance with the law. It said the same session also referred to parliament a Federal Executive Institutions Proclamation, a National Data Management Proclamation and a 145.8 million SDR loan agreement with the International Development Association for energy sector reform, and approved amendments to the federal income tax and value added tax regulations.
The Ethiopian News Agency said the Council of Ministers unanimously approved a draft revision of Defence Forces Proclamation No. 1286/2023 and referred it to the House of Peoples' Representatives. It did not say which provisions would be changed.
የኢትዮጵያ ዜና አገልግሎት (ኢዜአ) እንደገለጸው፣ የሚኒስትሮች ምክር ቤት መስከረም 28 ቀን ባደረገው ስብሰባ የመከላከያ ሠራዊት አዋጅ ቁጥር 1286/2023 ማሻሻያ ረቂቅን በሙሉ ድምፅ አጽድቆ ለሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት አስተላልፏል። ኢዜአ እንዳለው፣ ማሻሻያው ብሔራዊ የመከላከያ ሠራዊቱ በሕገ መንግሥቱ አንቀጽ 87 የተጣለበትን ተግባራት ለመፈጸም የሚያስችለውን ሕጋዊ መሠረት ለማጠናከር የታለመ ነው። የመንግሥት መግለጫው የአዋጁ የትኞቹ አንቀጾች ወይም ድንጋጌዎች እንደሚሻሻሉ አልገለጸም። የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት አዲሱን ጽሑፍ እስኪያጸድቅ ድረስ ነባሩ አዋጅ በሥራ ላይ ይቆያል። ምክር ቤቱ በተጨማሪም የፌዴራል አስፈጻሚ አካላት ሥልጣንን እና የመረጃ አስተዳደርን የሚመለከቱ ረቂቅ አዋጆችን ለፓርላማ አስተላልፏል። ውሳኔው የተተላለፈው በትግራይ፣ በአማራና በአፋር ውጊያ በቀጠለበት ወቅት ነው።
